Besides the points I wrote in the last topic which all still stands: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 04#p218204 I now also got these wishes to add:

• When I cast my Weekly Race, very often when I switch between the players the audio for the car disappears. The "solution" is then to press ESC which seems to put back the audio, but it would be nice if this wasn't an issue at all.

• Said race is getting closer to filling a max server (255 slots) every week. To continue having the race grow, it would be awesome if the limit could be made higher.

• Every week a lot of people have their game crash during my race which is very bad... Especially when it happens to new-comers to the game which are the ones I try to attract with the race. They may not be so motivated to return if this continue happening as often as it does. So I'd like to see a better focus on making the game more stable to prevent this.

• I'd also like to see more focus on community news being featured in-game. Right now you can only have 3 news shown on the front-page of a title and imo this could be way more. It would also be great if it was easier to find out how to submit news since it's pretty hidden information. In addition, I think it would make sense if these news could be featured on the Maniaplanet front-page as well so you don't have to visit the titles to see them.

Too complicated to do. For editing, you already have 2 cameras / perspectives by the way (free cam and actual cam).

-multiplayer editor (you can invinite friend to editor and can build one map trought internet)
TGYoshi has been developing this in the early stages of mp 2.0. Ever since mp is changing quickly, which made his tool useless by time, multiple players have forwarded this as a wish. I want to support this. Multiplayer editing is fun!

Make the game perfect doing small sexy changes:

8. Loading screen
Make loading waiting time less boring: put some cool images. In tf2 there is always page with statistics and second one with duels rank. I suggest you do new feature in title packs - folder with loadscreen images for multiplayer solo and editors. Imagine this, will be great ;)

9. Less blue, more grey.
ManiaPlanet is way too blue

Agree.

Some more wishes by me:
- Make ShootMania more Colorful: If you look at images from the beta the rockets and the players had a nice red/blue color. Now there's too much white. The rest too: More colors! Maybe this slightly grey style is default today... BUT SM ISN'T A NORMAL GAME! SM ist something really special, so make it look more like this. At least the rockets and players more colorfull again, please.
- Old Textures: I hate these grey grounds and brick walls. One word about them: BORING. Ok, maybe there were not enough differences between the ground and the walls in the Versions Untill MP2... but it looked better than now.
- Teleporters: I hate them. I don't know whether I'm the only one who thinks like this about them. It was a good idea, but... yeah, I hate them.

SM was a simple game some times before.. and that was good! Adding walljumps and minijumps was great, too, but after the game got worse. That's my opinion.

I don't think they should be removed, but at least the option to chose between old and new (Like mod selection)

Plus you can always use a mod to bring it back
That's what I asked for befor, too. But you see what happened.

I'd really like community manager(s) from Ubisoft/Nadeo to spend some time providing us, the content creators, with useful detailed guides for things:
? "CAMFX Inertial Tracking"
? "Camera Effect Script"
? "Rotate Reference Frame"
? "Editing cut"
? why doesn't "VEHICLELIGHT" work during the race?
? "Coloring pole"

If I wanted to make a Platform Stadium track, how should I proceed?

see? Things like that.

And, pending request: The cut-off bug of introduction clips is still not fixed (although it is improved - for some tracks, no cut-off happens anymore, but for some, it still remains).

If you intend to make it a live session, or if you intend to organize a live session where we can ask questions, then please, advertise such session well in advance, so that it's not "out-of-the-blue" announcement to which we cannot react.
