And when I went to play it I created a profile and now it is asking me for a key?
Where am I supposed to get this key from,,I didn't think there would be one as it is an Open Beta version.
I hope someone can help me with this soon.

Is that what is causing the password problem ?

Whenever I create a Server/Online Game my friends can see it but when they try to connect it asks them for a password even though I haven't set one.
