I think there are free websites that can test your connection speed. Running one of those tests could verify that your modem is not going bad and that you really are connected at a good speed. It looks like TM2 is dead anyway... Ubisoft's/Nadeo's lack of support for the game: dead links, lack of support for players with slower connections all point to it - Not to mention the mere 76k flop sales. Nadeo should have known this would happen. Maybe they just cashed in and got a nice hefty dist...
