Does anyone have already tried the Item Editor ???
And can we have some information/documentation on it ??
When i create an Item and saved it i can't place them on maps in the editor... Is it only via script ??
I want to create a missile launcher that launch... ... ... missiles on the closest enemy when a player touch the launcher (with a long reload time)

Re: Item Editor
The item that you want to do is a mix between a bot item and an action (weapon from the ActionMaker).
On top of that you need to add the bot on a map via the Map Editor and also a gamemode (you can modify an existing script or create your own) which bind the action to the bot, set the parameters of the bot and spawn it on the map.
So you have to use four Maniaplanet tools (Item Editor, Action Maker, Map Editor and ManiaScript) without counting the 3D work for your bot.

Re: Item Editor
BY THE WAY:
Item editor saves items in "Blocks" directory and you need to move them to "Items\SMCommon"
Also icon doesn't work.
And my wish: would be nice to specify item texture and movement (make static item dunamic and rotating like in Combo) - useful for 3D modelling noobs like me ^^.
