Need help about team logo

So, if I upload picture (team logo) there's always black hole, and not logo. Yeah, I upload .dds file. So that's wrong? Thanks 4 da help.

and have you checked if the URL of the file uploaded redirects to the file and not to a webpage ?
Can you give us the adress of the file ?
