Since ManiaLinks have to be registered on the player page, the masterserver certainly knows all ManiaLinks.
Therefore the search engine should be provided by Nadeo, at least they should give the possibility to fetch a list of all links there...

I think there are also a lot of "dead" manialinks. So maybe you can start a project yourself by collecting as much manialinks as possible. Just ask the community which links they know and which are working as they should.
Add those links to the ManialinkSearch and you have at least a site or a Manialink with actual Manialinks.

If people who provide the links also will tell in short what the Manialink is about.
Is it a game, a clanlink, a newslink, or whatever it could be.
With this extra info your Manialinksearcher will be even more interesting imo.

At that place you can also see whats missing: someone who keep up the list, because its outdated and incomplete

Dead manialinks can be seen pretty fast by doing queries in ManiaScript or in PHP so you can go several ways in for your search tool.

With dead manialinks i also mean links that exist but no longer in use. I will pm you an example

Example sent: The name is registered and a manialink is shown so its not dead. That its not used doesnt mean it exists.

I know some more that are registered but they arent used. So they are registered but not useable. Then you can arrange them based on completely working or not. Categorizing priorities. Thats what i meant
