Those things are called artefacs or graphicals glitchs, the most causes of this is the heating of the card ( even if < 60°, there can be this).

so for cheating just place a fire near your gfx card?

Usually happens when you tab out of the game while a map is loading. Had the same issue with my old AMD card.
