But this would most certainly mean the end of mania-exchange.Let's be real honest here: If all documentation + the functionality of these websites ( maniapark & mania-exchange ) would be ingame then this would have a positive impact on the game. How big would this impact be? I dont know how big, but it would be a step forward.
In earlier times, it was possible to upload some selected maps to the TrackMania community ingame.
Why not add a function to publish & update directly to Mania-Exchange? Steam Workshop? Maniapark? etc.
And also the way around: a ingame browser for Mania-Exchange maps & tracks, Maniapark vehicles and modes.
As example: there was already the random map picker manialink.
Then those great sites would not even survive, they would enrich much more the game.

I think Nadeo is pushing the Github documentation forward, since everyone can simply register there and then can edit whatever. Then there is a review by Nadeo before it gets published.
For a more community driven documentation site, either there should be no review, or some "senior members" should review and approve new content.
I don't know if the same is possible for the Wiki, but up to now, and except a few links, it was the official game wiki, therefore it is natural that they don't want any content which is not professional there.
