Proper wheel/ffb support?
Will turbo be at least halfway playable on wheels with at least basic force feedback implemented?
Re: Proper wheel/ffb support?
I really don't advise to play to Trackmania with a wheel. The game isn't really thought to play with it.

Re: Proper wheel/ffb support?
If TMT supports Head Mounted Displays like Maniaplanet does then it might be interesing with a wheel

Re: Proper wheel/ffb support?
I think we don't need to complain about force feedback. It would destroy the gameplay in comparison to gamepad users. I rather see TrackMania supporting wheel just as normal gamepad with different layout.

What an ignorant and dumb reply. Just because the game is an arcade game doesn't mean it shouldn't support force feedback steering wheels. I guess you must be 12yrs old and didn't grow up in the arcades back in the 80's and 90's because if you had, you would have realized that the first arcade racing games ever were designed with *FULL* steering wheel and pedal support!Nerpson wrote:It's an arcade game, not a simulation game ^^
Ever heard of Daytona USA? OutRun? Ridge Racer? San Francisco Rush? Virtua Racing? F-Zero AX? All those games are pure arcade racers and guess what? ALL of them and tons more have an FFB wheel and pedals attached to them. I am among the only few here in this forum that is Pro steering wheel support for TM, and I will continue to beat that drum into the ground and fight the good fight for us wheel users, until we see it properly implemented into the game.
I refuse to play any racing games with a KB or gamepad, and if I was in charge of the game and had it my way, TM Turbo would *ONLY* allow users to play it with an ffb wheel. If the game detects you're using a keyboard or a gamepad, it'll crash to desktop

Very rarely I sign up to forums as I don't discuss much, but I've just signed up here to thank you for a perfect reply, everything was said as I was thinking it after reading the initial dumbass reply !

Re: Proper wheel/ffb support?
If not already done, you can still add the request to support wheel/ffb also to the Maniaplanet #4 wishlist.
