Not only in plugins, but in modes also, how I can read variables from manialink in non-manialink code?

declare {type} {name} for Page; (in manialink)
declare {type} {name} for Layer.LocalPage; (in plugin)
Local solo scripts: persistent {type} {name} for LocalUser; or Users[0];
